The different aspects of our beings have ranges of vibrational frequencies which are able to be both measured and changed. Stress and exhaustion can sometimes cause disharmony in these frequencies which in turn can lead to disease and illness.

Consciously fine tuning these vibrating energies to create balance and harmony in our beings is called Vibrational Healing.

When the pulsating energies of the different aspects of our physical bodies are balanced and aligned we are in a better place to stay healthy and allow our immune systems to heal us naturally.
