Hi everyone,

Here is a little background information about my life, art and intentions.

I live with my beautiful loving family, breathing and vibrating with the energy of the nature realm at our bush property in the Hunter Valley, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

As a family group and with the sharing of our skill base we accomplish all things big and small from building a new home, with all hands on deck when the concrete truck comes through to chores of pumping up the water, creating new gardens, feeding the fish, fixing the awesome number of things to do with computers, and internet connections though to hosting fun parties and social get togethers with our friends. It truly is a wonderful life and we feel very blessed to be living it.

It is impossible not to notice and awaken with the laughing call of the Kookaburra the crisp clear whistle of the Whip bird, the carillon of the Bell bird and the happy chatter of the Babbler birds as the play near the back door.

Natures blessings are everywhere from the wallaby stopping by in the garden to show off her new joey to the small gecko peeking out from behind the window ledge to show his sweet little face. Mother Earth continues her blessings as the cicadas finally cease their day long song immediately to be replaced by the chirping of the frogs and crickets. As soon as nightfall comes the possum family arrive bumping and bouncing upon the roof (always noisily – never quietly), for their nightly feast of gum blossom – What tree is serving dinner tonight?

So it becomes inevitable for this wonderful interaction with nature, the love of family and friends to intertwine with my artwork resulting in artistic creations that connect energetically with the heart of the person viewing and experiencing the art.

From 2002 for four years my life was devoted to the representation and co-development of the Crystalights images for the ...which involved not only the intuitive drawings but also a delve into the world of graphic art, editing, product design and publishing.

Since that time there has been a torrent of paintings and drawings including those for the Essential Beings (90 bright and bubbly nature beings waiting for a suitable format to be on show to the world.

The journey into graphic design allowed me to play with the combination of artwork, photograpy and poetry to create Mother Earth Sings a book bursting with colourful artwork and inpirational verses and affirmations inspired by nature.

And A New Dawn – a collection of supportive and loving verse combined with healing artwork.

In collaboration with friend and fellow inspirer Marlene Rose we have created for you Blossominka and the Stellar StarForce" “The Night of the Rainbow Moon” -a fun filled evolutionary children’s story/activity book.

Also the Soul Dimensions 30 Vibrational Energy healing mandalas and verses that speak to your heart on a soul level.

And most recently the Eye Am Mandalas A book of pattern and design combined with meditations based on Marlene's new intuitive information on the part the "eye" plays on our health and wellbeing.

And one more exciting little book which has been developed as a follow on to Marlene's CD of her intuitive and refreshing take on The 23rd Psalm this little books contains Marlenes uplifting words intertwined with The 23rd Psalm combined with Julie's breathtaking photographs of Australia which support, calm and uplift a troubled spirit.

Along the way I have learnt you can reinvent your self over and over from silk artist, to art teacher to graphic artist, author, self publisher and now web designer, there is no limit to what we can become if we are willing to try something new. My greatest joy is always when my artwork reaches and inspires someone to create something new and wonderful for themselves, from the smallest piece of artwork through to the creation of a happy life just by the making of a decision and the willingness to step out on faith. Then your joy becomes my joy.
