Communication with your God/Goddess Self, and therefore, connecting with your 'inner truth' gives you a certainty, that you are indeed a spiritual being having an earthly experience and as a spiritual being you are eternal.

Because Spirit speaks to you through your heart and not your head, communing with your Spirit frees your troubled mind, mends your broken heart and fills you with peace.
