What is a Spiritual Experience? How do you know if you have had a Spiritual Experience? Is it only relegated to the religious experiences such as visions of Mother Mary, as at Lourdes or the Virgin Mary at Medjugorie?
Is it seeing Visions? Hearing Voices? Is it being able to use your intuition to feel, or sense things? It can be all of these and more. Spirit touches us in many ways throughout our lives. Sometimes we are aware and sometimes we are not.Spiritual Blessings can come in many forms.spiritual blessings Sometimes it is an awesome life changing experience, such as in a near death experience. Sometimes, in times of trouble, if you are touched by Mother Mary, Jesus or an Angel it can bring you to tears and a sense of comfort unlike any other. Sometimes your intuition saves you from immanent danger, and your relief and gratitude are intense. Sometimes, we are given a sign just when we need it,through a kind gesture from a stranger, help from family and friends,inspirational words such as these-

When I open my mind to this possibility All is well in my world. fromThe-23rd-Psalm In all such experiences it is the overwhelming feeling of LOVE that speaks to you, envelopes you and enfolds you, that makes you aware of the presence of God, Goddess, Creator,Spirit.
What is the difference between a Spiritual and Psychic Experience? There is a vast amount of difference between these two experiences.A Spiritual Experience is a positive, uplifting, experience of Love that is centered in the heart. It emanates from high vibrational Source Energy, Pure, Positive Love. Spiritual Experiences need not always be gentle and peaceful. Sometimes Spirit speaks firmly to us urging us into action, giving us the courage to accomplish tasks we would normally think impossible. Other times, it is the comforting feeling of being protected from harm.But at all times the experience feels positive and Spirit urges us to do and say and think uplifting thoughts, words and deeds. Spirit speaks to us in honorable ways, urging us to honor one another and ones-self, respect ourselves and others and all creatures,and to bless the earth with our activities. On the other hand,Psychic experiences, can either be positive or negative. Spirits, ghosts,ecktoplasm and all forms of energy inhabit the psychic realm. Unknowing people often invite these energies into their own energy systems,by being unaware of the repercussions of delving into the psychic world without the necessary information and training required or being unaware of how to protect themselves from such energies. Psychic energy emanates from the lower vibrational range and often can leave us with a negative experience or an experience that at the time, seems positive. Either way, with a novice, the experience is not guaranteed.
How to safely connect with your Creator, God/Goddess, Highest expression of Self, Angels of the Light, Ascended Masters,Spirit Guides and all beings of the Light. Always have the highest intention when you wish to communicate with Spirit, God/Goddess,Creator,Spirit Guide etc. Ask that the communication be for the 'highest good of all involved'. Ask only to connect with Beings of the Light or ask to be surrounded by Divine White Light. Usually it is easier to start when asking from a calm and grounded or centered place. Try to be still and uninterrupted. Relax and breathe. Address God, Jesus, Mother Mary,Buddha, or any of the Ascended Masters or Angels, with your requests and open your heart to receive the information.
